By accessing or using KeepMyMail (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by Adam Dobrawy, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (NIP: 7011027851), al. Jerozolimskie 89/43, 02-001 Warszawa, Poland.
KeepMyMail is a service that periodically fetches email from POP3 and IMAP mailboxes and imports them into your Gmail account using the Gmail API. Email content is fetched from your source mailbox, delivered directly to Gmail, and is not stored on our infrastructure.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using KeepMyMail, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You must have a Google account to use the Service.
To use KeepMyMail, you must authorize the Service via Google OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any mailbox credentials you provide.

KeepMyMail offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan:
Pro plan payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
KeepMyMail and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Adam Dobrawy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of your email content and any data you provide to the Service.
Your use of KeepMyMail is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not store email content — messages are fetched from your mailbox and imported directly into Gmail.
The Service relies on third-party services including Google (Gmail API, OAuth), Cloudflare (infrastructure), and Stripe (payments). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of the Service is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We make best efforts to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every email message will be successfully imported. KeepMyMail is not a backup service. We do not offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adam Dobrawy and KeepMyMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to KeepMyMail in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 50 EUR, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adam Dobrawy and KeepMyMail from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the Settings page in the KeepMyMail dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
Upon termination, all your data is permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Emails already imported to your Gmail remain in your Gmail account and are not affected by termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email. Your continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw, Poland. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the laws of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
